Dishwasher will fill then just set. After a long pause it will pump out but does not run the wash motor. Ran the diagnostics and came up with f6e6. Don’t know what this means the codes are not on the diagnostic chart that is with the dishwasher. Any ideas what it means.

My ice maker is not working. No water is getting into the tray to make cubes. I have left it for 24 hours, still no ice.

I changed the freezer grille assembly (with ice fan included)(AEB73785615). On this particular part, it had what looked like to be a heater on the ice fan assembly. What stumped me, was there wasn’t anyway or anywhere to plug this part up. What am I missing here, as I know these LG units are notorious for freezing around that fan? At the moment I just removed the heater and installed the new grille.

In this particular unit, when I first arrived , the bake TCO was bad. I replaced the TCO and the oven part itself worked great. However, the convection fan will turn on then turn off with the clicking of a relay for something. I did find out that the convection element is bad as well. My main concern is, why does the convection fan turn off and on like it is doing? I have never seen a convection fan do this. I have replaced the convection board on this unit as of today, and it still does this. Is this maybe a faulty main board, or will it stop when I put in the new convection element?

Do you have the service manual for this washer?

Ice maker won’t make ice for months then all of the sudden it will make ice like crazy for a few days then quit again. Need a wiring diagram , I want jump the optics out and see if it works

Not cooling well at first. Customer moved the food and noticed that later unit began to cool better, it began to cool better without ever unplugging the unit. I asked if she heard any noises or humming that she had not heard before and she did not. The only thing she noticed was that water was leaking on the floor beneath the freezer door. She also noticed a sheet of ice on the bottom mount freezer floor. Sounds like it could be defrost issues and possibly a clogged drain in the freezer.
This is what I would like to know from you:

1) How to disassemble the unit to access the Bi metal defrost, damper and evap fan, bottom mount door removal etc. Have you folks posted a video on how to disassemble this unit? If so how can see it.

2) I downloaded the tech sheet from the Frigidaire website and in several places it refers to “See Service Manual for complete description.”. Can you please send me, NOT THE TECH SHEET, but the service manual that they reference on the tech sheet.

3) Any observations you have about the unit.

the door has a hard time locking

Goes into rinse cycle then immediately to drain- does not actually go through the rinse cycle.Not getting dishes clean

upper oven wont unlock door lock can not remove side trim to get to installion screws to remove oven

The thermal fuse on heater keeps blowing, the thermostat, fuse, and thermistor have all been replaced but problem persists. We have checked and air flow is not an issue. What else can we do.

I need a tech sheet and if this sounds familiar please advise.
