Main board relay burned so replaced display PCB and now all lights flashing on display? Old board worked fine but With the burn damage one of the two heater coils was disabled now the whole unit doesn’t want to run just keeps flashing All lights and buttons.

One of the shelf supports on my Amanda microwave partially melted. I found and purchased a replacement. How do I remove the old support. Can I pry it off with a screw driver? Will this damage the interior. The shelf support part number is 2080030.

hello I have a customer that has it E rf error code on this I was looking for a disassembly video to access the evaporator fan motor on this unit and possibly a service manual

I have customer with above model, and issue is freezer is not freezing to desired temperature, it only reach up to 2 centigrade, I change, thermistor/ temperature sensor. I check compressor running dry well, I also change relay and new capacitor. But still I am not able to reach temperature up to -10 and above, what should I check oe change the parts to recommended. I’m getting 7E error and grinding noises at certain points. It used to wash for a while, then stop with the 7E error. I checked that the water wall part that moves was attached properly and oriented correctly. Ultimately, I replaced the motor/sensor assembly. Now, when I start it, the water wall cycles back and forth, making a grinding sound when it gets all the way to the back (I think) and then displays 7E before even starting to fill. I can’t find anything binding. I removed the water wall track and it moved smoothly. I saw people on the internet saying that there is a problem with a magnet getting weak from the heat and no longer activating the sensor at the end of its travel. Could this be my issue? How to resolve?

Whenever unit is set to self clean winth 90 minutes it shuts down with an F9 error message according to customer have replaced control and checked for proper operation of door latch assembly all other functions work properly what could be the issue?

I thawed it out and it refroze in a couple of days. They have a wr49x10173 heater for metal liners. It does’nt look like it is recommended for this one. what can I do?

My Kitchenaid DW will not cycle. The control panel lights up, but I cannot get the Start/Resume button to stop blinking. I think there may be an issue with the latch. The model is KUDP02FRWH3…it is pretty old, about 20 years.

Next day power blinking again.won’t work at all, water was filled in half way

Bi-Metal fuse was checks good at first repair.
