THIS IS A THREE DOOR REFRIGERATOR. TO TOP SIDE HAS A SIDE BY SIDE DOOR. THEN, THE BOTTOM DOOR, IS THE FREEZER, AND WHERE THE ICE MAKER IS LOCATED.
ON THE TOP DOOR AREA, I SAW LIKE A SMOKE AREA, AT THE VERY TO THE VERY TOP. THE CUSTOMER STATED, THERE HAS BEEN NO FIRE. I ALSO SAW SIGNS OF SMOKE, AT THE BACK SIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR, BEHIND THIS SAME AREA. THE COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING, THE CONDENSER FAN IS RUNNING, THE EVAPORATOR FAN IS RUNNING. ALL THE INTERIOR LIGHTS IS WORKING. I CHECK AROUND THE COMPRESSORS, FOR POSSIBLE LEAKS. NON WERE FOUND. THE DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL IS READING: FREEZER: 85 DEGREES, SAME AS THE REFRIGERATOR AREA. WHAT DO YOU THINK, IS THE CAUSE OF NON-COOLING?

Refrigerator side coils look good and clean when I was there refrigerator side was about 60° customer said this is been going on for two weeks I’m thinking just to shotgun it and replace main board and refrigerator temp sensor. TECHNICIAN OPINION AND DIAGNOSTIC PAPERS PLEASE.

Does Samsung include tech documentation with their top load washers?
A fast track would be great.

Please be advised. In repair help here the tech sheets you sent some for this washer turned out to be a Range Manual?

This unit has a new noise when she put larger cookware. It doesn’t makes noise all the cookwares she has.
What part do we need to replace in order to fix this unit? If it is normal, what exponation should we give out?
Are there any suggested cookware we have to use? Do we have to use Thermador suggested cookwares?

Samsung Refrigerator Model RF28HFEDBSR/AA-0001 (RF28HFEDBSR/AA0001, RF28HFEDBSR/AA 0001)

Every 3 or 4 weeks ice is appearing inside the freg replaced one sensor at the top on the right side this is where the ice is at also, I replaced the fan inside the pannel also.
I would send a pic but don’t see a place to add an attachment ,the evaporator coils don’t have ice on them just the tube’s going up from it at the top? Sansung repair man said to change the location of the sensor and that would fix this problem by moving it on the tube on the left side were the other two were freezing up at? Did not work, I did not replace the Refrigerator Defrost Heater .Guess thats all I know o yea after 3 or 4 weeks it start to buss or hum from the ice build up I guess so I take it a part and thaw it out good for a few more weeks?

The unit runs fine till the end then it doesn’t drain and the two LEDs blink. If I unplug it eventually it will clear and repeat the same problem. Any Ideas?

washer will fill with water but after won’t agitate i will turn cycle to drain and spin will drain the water but won’t spin do you have any video for that kind of problem

I need a video on how to replace the icemaker.

PANEL TURNS ON BY ITSELF AND CHANGES SETTINGS, THE MICROWAVE ITSELF DOESN’T TURN ON, BUT THE PANEL JUST DOES RANDOM THINGS. ANY IDEAS?

We attempted to repair this machine but will not respond whatsoever. It will beep when pressing the control panel buttons but will not start the cycle. We reset the stackable and the same thing occurs. We also tried replacing the lid switch and main board with no change. We also attempted to put it into service mode in order to look up the error codes in which the stackable would still not respond. Do you know of anything else that could cause this issue? The stackable will just beep three times which we thought to believe would be the lid switch.

This kenmore elite is leaking water behind the icemaker. Coming out of upper part

Why is there ice build up inside the fridge on back wall, same side as icemaker?

Customer says no adjitate.

Thought maybe old fan was working intermittent so I replaced it and lubricated the gaskets but two weeks later snow is back and getting into the fan and cooling poorly. Rest of the coils are nice and frosty so clearly sealed system is ok. Fridge is like 5 years old. The metal defrost thermistor?

The customer complains that the machine will stop mid cycle and won’t turn back on, My tech took the dryer apart and now the dryer won’t start at all and just make a clicking sound.
