hi. damper stuck closed. i opened vanes with small screwdriver. put unit into diagnostics. on step 5 damper received 120 v ac. closed the damper vanes but would not open them with a constant 120v. problem is when unit is calling for cold the board is not sending 120 to damper. ff thermister was placed in ice water. reading was normal. i know the damper is bad but is the board bad also. freezer temps are good. compressor runs constantly. yhanks.

refrigerator icemaker not making ice, unique design, looking for a service manual and any service updates pertaining to the icemaker for this model.

Customer called with no cool. Went out took back panel down evap fan was not running. Checked voltage had 12.5 dc . Ordered new fan motor it will not run. Is there something on the control board that will keep the fan from running. Can’t find diagram. Thanks for your help.

Evap fan motor cycles on and off It started out cycling about every 2-3 seconds. After a couple of minutes it cycles to the point that it continues to turn, but not a full speed.
1. What causes this?
2. If it is the board, how do I test it to determine that it is the board?
3. If it is a bad motor (?) how do I test this?

I’ve never tested a fridge board or run it through a diagnostic test.

I just replaced the thermostat and found the evap fan motor cycling on and off about every 2-3 seconds. Is this a bad motor or board or ?
Why is it cycling? I have never come across a cycling motor before. It either worked or it didn’t. How can I check to determine IF it is a failing motor?

does that seem like a good call to make? I took it all apart and didn’t find anything that is rattling. the motor is not touching the floor, it is leveled and its extremely nosey.

Hello Technicians,I have a Thermador Dishwashe that is not cleaning the dishes on the bottom rack or top rack . Dishes don’t look like they have washed at all. I thought it could be a low water issue, so I had the customer add hot water when the dishwasher stoped drawing water going into the beginning of the cycle, they said it didn’t make a difference. Please advise as to what else I might check. I have checked and cleaned spray arms, have Shop vacuumed out sump and drain. Thank you for you advise and help.

This stack washer dryer is reported to have no display or reaction to the control button, knob etc. I need help in locating the service manuals and schematic on this washer . Can you send them to me? Is there and training on how to navigate this site and find the info I need? It could be a fuse or bad board, I believe. Thanks.

Besides a bad belt, what other components could cause the belt not to turn. The washer stopped on its own, did not trip any breakers, it would advance to the next cycle manually but the belt was slipping and tub was full of water. They cut it off after this. I have not been there to check it yet, I was told this on the phone.

Fresh food side sometimes cools and sometimes it does not. At the moment it is not cooling properly, with ice building up in the evaporator casing holes. Evaporator fan is working, although did not check the fan where the ice maker is (not sure if that will affect it).

I need the tech sheet and any advice. When I check it it works fine. Any advice?

One of the knobs is broken off of my microwave.
