got a combo Kenmore washer/dryer, there is a11/2inch gap between the washing basket and the body at the top causing articles to full into the washer and mess up the drive belt and speed sensor, the real question is where does the speed sensor and bracket attach and secondly if there should be a gap at the top.

This is a double wall oven and only the top one is malfunctioning. The unit shuts off after 5 seconds of being turned on bake and the control board looks a bit stange. Could there be anything else other than the control board going wrong with this unit?

Lady said ice maker water would not turn off. She lifted the bail on the I.M. and the water stopped. How do I know if it is the I.M. or the valve?

GOOD EVENING. I CHECKED OUT THE DISH WASHER AND WATER WAS NOT ENTERING. I PULLED IT OUT AND LAID IT ON THE DOOR AND REMOVED WATER INLET VALVE. I TOOK APART VALVE AND REASSEMBLED AND PUT 110 TO IT AND IT OPENED WHEN I BLEW THROUGH IT. REASSEMBLED AND REINSTALLED THE WASHER. WATER STARTED TO RUN LIKE NEW. GUESSING THE VALVE WAS CLOGGED OR LOSE CONNECTION. I THEN RECEIVED A CALL A DAY LATER THAT WATER WAS NOT DRAINING. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT AS I DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH DISH WASHERS. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

Customer complaint of frost buildup inside chute of ice dispenser. The problem appears to be the flapper door does not close completely. Replacing the “door-ice” asm with flapper gives no better results. According to customer, this has been an ongoing problem with this refrigerator. Curious if anyone is familiar with this problem or a possible solution.

We have a GE stack washer model listed above.
When turning the unit on “normal wash”. The washer will fill, does a brief agitate, pauses. It will stay in pause, you can restart it by pushing start/pause but, it will only agitate about a 1/2 second and pause again. In Spin cycle the unit will drain, start to spin then stops, with spin flashing the lid is locked. You cannot restart it from this point.
The error code says motor blocked but there is no apparent blockage.
Any help advice would sure be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Auto matic defrost control replaced, which looks like to me controls the defrost and damper control. Damper is wide open and isn’t working right. they don’t tell you how the control works with the new control board. There is no schematic. Also it doen’t tell you the resistance the damper control motor should be. No way to tell if the motor is good or the damper contol know is bad.

F30

I have changed the eoc and still get f30 the wires from the sensor all check good. The resettable thermal fuse was not tripped. The sensor is good ohms out the same as a new one. The last thing is the user interface . Is it a thing with this style of oven for both to go bad.

Need some extra eyes to take a look at this. Hopefully I can attach the information that is needed to try to determine how to properly wire this up.
Model of inline blower is VTI1010D

The hood and inline blower were installed in a house. New owner didn’t like it. Builder had it taken out and installed in another house. There is a connecting wire harness that runs between units. Naturally
that wiring harness could not be removed from original house. Electrician cut off the connecting end plugs to be able to match up wires. He wired it up and it don’t work. Builder saved the connecting ends, but that don’t help because
electrician took cut off wires out of plugs.

I have acquired information on wiring diagrams and schematics for hood and blower. I also find conflicting differences.
Here’s what I have come up with.

White wire from hood connects to blue wire at blower.
Brown wire from hood connects to brown wire at blower.
Red wire from hood connects to white wire at blower.
Blue wire from hood connects to red wire at blower.

Thanks in advance
