Hello. I have been bombarded with fridge calls, and I dislike most “modern ” fridges. My customer has a KitchenAid fridge. The fridge works, but the display panel is out. Not lit up. She has no control of the temperatures. I did some internet research and believe that the display board is bad. Is there a way to determine so? Why is it when it comes to any board, I feel helpless? Is it a guessing game when it comes to determining gourds? Other than burn marks that are obvious.
Thanks Bob

This is a frigidaire Icemaker . It makes way to much ice. Do you know if frigidaire makes a extension so the bail arm touches the ice sooner so it makes less ice and over fills bucket. Thank you.

The washer will flash a ND code then stop running. I know it means no drain. I have checked all hoses for kinks and debris, and the impeller look good on the pump. The machine is very random when it decides to do this. Is this possibly a pump that is overheating, or is there something else I should be looking for?

This model has a metal hub on the shaft with six screws. When pulling up on the shaft it seems to bottom out. When you look at top of shaft there is a rubber seal and steel ring which doesn’t allow it to come out when we pull up on inner tub. The metal hub will not separate from the basket. When we put removal tool on to pry out it didn’t budge and are afraid of breaking it. Every video we watch shows guys just picking inner tub out or removing with a removal tool. Neither one works for us. Goal is to get inner tub out so we can remove debris etc out from between inner and outer tub. Is this tub just being stubborn or do we need to remove something from the bottom side?

The customer called after he changed water valve and dispenser actuator. He said that it showed a eo2 and fo8. When I went there the machine will start lock door and tub will start turning. The whole time it is running the dispenser actuator is turning and never stops. It just turns and turns and doesn’t stop at a place to take on water. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
