My Kenmore washer will not spin or agitate. I see little plastic and rubber pieces on the floor under the washer . What cold this be ?

My Whirlpool dishwasher is leaking.

My GE refrigerator is beeping and the food in the freezer section is thawing out.

My Whirlpool dryer is making loud noise when the drum is turning.

My gas whirlpool dryer will not stay hot.The burners come on and off every 5-seconds.

Customer complained that clothes were still wet at end of cycle. I put a load of beach towels in, wet them, then did a drain and spin cycle. The only thing I noticed was when the washer starts to spin at a low spin (just past the tumble part) the whole tub assembly wobbles pretty bad. On this particular cycle it actually went on through the rest of spin and drain and worked just fine. Any ideas?

This pump mounts at the back of the washer. The pump I received is a front mount pump. Part is dc96-01700a. Can you tell me a pump that will work. Thank you.

The referidge side is not cooling after 5 years. Freezer side is cold. Fan is working on freezer side, not fridge side.

Both the fridge and the freezer are not operating at their proper temperature. They are both cool, but the fridge is not cold, and the freezer is not freezing.

I have a customer that has Viking appliances that are not operating. Here’s the oven. The ignitor lights up, but no gas comes out. I believe it’s the oven ignitor. It glows Amber in color, not white. But, I have NEVER seen a Viking appliance before today. So, please help me out ASAP.

I have a Samsung washer.
Water leaks out of dispenser when filling. Removed dispenser and dispenser to tub hose. There is nothing blocking water flow. I see there is screws on the tub where hose from dispenser attaches. Is that part removable without taking the tub apart? I believe that is where the water flow is restricted.

This unit flags the clogged drain error and the washer still has soap in it when there error is displayed. I thought it might be a faulty pump so I replaced it but the error still shows up. When the dial is set to drain it flushes the water in a hurry every time.

Washer lights up and locks in diag mode stops at C 3. When repowered got error code E 1 F6. Replaced control same issue manual is not useful checked power supplies both were okay.
door lock stays lock most times until times out. Won’t go into diagnostics that far very inconsistent results. Never get drain or main stator motor to run …I get a quick shot of 120 at the motor on start up
but nothing on motor test c5. I checked motor ohms and harness to mcu seems good.
what is the next step ?

We have a KitchenAid icemaker that would intermittently stop making ice last summer.
We would find it running, cooling and circulating but no water in the bowl.
Reset the control to off then back on 15 seconds later and it would fill and work fine for
about 1-2 weeks then the same thing.
This issue did not occur 1 time during the winter.
We got a call on it yesterday for the same issue and I went out and found the unit doing same thing
but I found the water line frozen.
Are there any issues with the line freezing on these units? How is it addressed?

During self test mode I got these three error codes relating to fill and drain cycles. E22, E23, E31
I replaced the water valve and flushed out all hoses and filter from drain section. Still had same problem.
Wash cycle starts with no issues. Water enters and fills tub, soap enters and wash cycle progresses.
The whole wash is supposed to last 59 minutes. The customer stated that his cycle stopped twice. once at 44 minutes and a 2nd time at 17 minutes during spin cycle. When I tested it, it stopped with me once only at 21 minutes going into spin cycle.
I was listening to all sounds from the washer during the entire 59 minutes. At 21 minute mark, the tub stopped turning, the drain pump sounded as if it was working but the start button on top panel was lit up like a xmas tree. I guess it was waiting for me to press the start button in order to advance the cycle. When I pressed the start button a second time, the tub continued to spin and the cycle advanced. Does this sound like a control board issue, a timer issue or drain pump or other ?
For this model, I think the timer is part of the control board.

I CHECKED OUT THE UNIT AND FOUND IT TO FILL WITH WATER AND STOP AT THE PROPER LEVEL. WHEN IT COMPLETED FILL IT WOULD NOT START THE NEXT CYCLE. I THEN REACHED UNDER THE UNIT AND HIT WHAT I THINK IS THE PUMP MOTOR AND IT STARTED. AT THIS POINT THE MOTOR WOULD RUN FOR A FEW SECONDS, THEN STOP AND START AGAIN. WHEN I OPENNED THE DOOR IT SEEMED THAT THE ARMS ARE NOT ROTATING. I NEVER WORKED ON A DISH WASHER BEFORE CAN ANYONE HELP. THANKS, TOD FROM NY.

Maytag dishwasher calls. The first one was clogged drain, it is working fine. But the picture is of the drain pump. My second Maytag DW m#MDC4650AWB2 that I just replaced the drain pump on because it was leaking by the pump motor. It now looks to be leaking at the seal. If you look at the picture of the first pump, it appears to have silicone used to seal it. Is this normal of Maytag’s like this?

I’ve replaced the IM 2 times and the motor module once. Freezer is normal after, for apprx. 4 – 8 mos., until customer again finds the freezer with “false frost” all over it(in the front, the back, top and bottom, the IM). It is almost everywhere! Problem does not appear to be air infiltration or evaporator not defrosting. Problem appears to be IM issue(as if IM has the heater staying on too long) Customer ready to replace refrig. Any service bulletins or suggestions on this? Thanks in advance for any help.

The display on the door quit working
and is flashing 88 on the display. Touch pad is not responding. Water can be dispensed but no ice. States fridge and freezer still cooling fine. Functions of the display panel are just flashing in a circular motion and not working. The unit is cooling fine. The customer can get water from the dispenser but can’t change mode to get ice out. I have not been to the unit yet. Still researching the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The other day, I had a problem with the freezer randomly turning on and off. Your advice was great. But this was the first time that I ran into this particular type of fridge. Do you have any other repair videos on this type of fridge? I don’t want to be caught off guard again. It wasn’t very professional.
If not, how about other repair videos that has 2 evaporator coils running off one compressor. After a little over a year on my own, this was the first for me.

I had posted a couple of weeks ago about the above unit freezing up at the fresh food evaporator cover.
I want to thank everyone that responded with advice to help us out with this unit.
I had taken off the fresh food evaporator cover and defrosted the evaporator, steamed the defrost drain out, replaced the evaporator fan motor. The unit ran about 2 months and froze up again.
Per the adviser had given me I ordered the whole cover, it came with the fan complete.

tried to get left front main burner tube.per diaigram takes WB28x10065 .we have orderd 3 times each time wrong part in unopened bag.no help or explanation from ge. any suggestions?

Bosch DW leaking at bottom corners of door. Checked for lower door seal but see nothing listed. Does anyone know if there is a replacement part for the seal at the bottom of the door?
Maybe there is a different fix for this? Any information is appreciated.

Customer has to spin out three times to get clothes from being sopping wet. Also says unit stopping no reason mid cycle?
I’m thinking the drain is partially clogged? Or does this machine still use the trap in the tub to pump hose?

I ran into my first side by side refrigerator issue that I couldn’t figure out. The customer complained that the freezer would work and then not work. It would freeze the items inside, then they would thaw out. The fridge runs fine, keeps the temperature always.
I opened the compressor cover, and checked the temps on the lines. They were all good. Of course, the freezer was working when I got there. But, I heard what sounded like the relay on the side of the compressor clicking a lot. I managed to pop the cover of, and by doing that, I noticed 2 things. #1 The wires going to the relay, before popping the cover off were very tight. After taking off the cover, I moved them around, sorta loosened them up. #2 The clicking stopped. I waited around for about 10 minutes or so, and didn’t here it any more. Strange I thought?
I wasn’t sure what to do next. I put my thermometer inside the freezer. It remained below “0”. And told the customer to keep an eye on the temp of the freezer from time to time, and that I would have to do some homework on this, before I do anything else.
So, I am all out of ideas on WHY the freezer did this? Please help me.
