The doors are sealing ok. the temperatures are 49 and 23. There is frost in the freezer section and it is not making ice. I need the tech sheet and diagnostic information and a video . I appreciate you guy for coming through on these time and again. These have really taken off in our rural are in just the last two years.

Oven wasn’t heating properly even tho temperature sensor tested good. New relay (main terminal) kept clicking like the old like it’s trying to stay on while being turned off. Could it be the temperature sensor sending bad signals to relay so it keeps clicking? SEEMS TO BE HEADING FINE. Clicks a lot during preheat and less frequently when at set temperature.

Water line in door is frozen. I can disconnect at bottom of frz. Door and have water. Can take hairdryer to side of the door for 20 min. And it will dispense water. Is there a fix.

UNIT HAS “SY CE” ERROR CODE AND WON’T DO ANYTHING. I HAVE NO PAPERWORK ON THIS UNIT. TX

there is a refrigerant coil under the icemaker, when the tech pulled the icemaker out , he cracked the line

getting 120 V two valve but valve will not energize once connected replaced valve due to sipping water tried a different cell annoyed still will not energize but getting 120 valve

When I press bake or broil the clean cycle starts. When I press the time set and press the minutes it goes to 350 bake. Is this the EOC or touch pad? How can I determine which one?
I didn’t see in the tech sheet how to enter the diagnostic mode. Can you explain?

I ran the diagnostic tests on the fan and it didn’t come o n Hi or Low. Which contacts on the board will show me the 13vdc? Also the freezer door switch is not responding in the test and I checked it at the main board and got no resistance.If this switch fails will the test #15 for the evaporator fan not work? Is this the main board or the fan?

I have replaced the water valve and the water filter. It still doesnt make ice or dispense water what else could it be?

When preheating the unit shuts off at 180f the panel and the entire unit shuts off. All elements and fuses are ok. The main board in the bottom of the unit was replaced.

I can light the pilot But the bake burner not igniting when i turn oven knob up I assume it the thermocouple Can clean up the old one or replace it.

I need to troubleshoot error ER CO. Control board has already been replaced but not fixed. Can you give me how to guide? Thank you.

Hi, help needed. The Kitchen Aid refrigerator I am dealing with has a an issue with a defrost. Evaporator coils in the freezer are iced up. I defrosted the freezer manually and checked the heater, bi-metal and evaporator fan. All this elements work fine. Heater has a 30 ohms which is good. Bi-metal passed a continuity test. Evaporator Fan runs well.
The only suspect at this moment is a control board. This unit has few control boards. Please advise which one is responsible for a defrost. The part # would be helpful not just a general main control board indication. As well if anyone has a files on how to run a self diagnostic test on this fridge that would be great. If anyone had a defrost trouble on this unit in the freezer compartment please advise. Thank you

is there a good way to remove icemaker looks like fill spout has ice and has over flowed. the tab on left side is the only tab to release?

compressor will not come on.condenser fan runs, lights on inside that’s it
