-Replaced right side spark module twice now (CM didnt care about left side), Every time the oven is heated the whole top section gets extremely hot and spark module over heats causing sporadic clicking until it cools down an hour later
-Oven door shuts good
-Oven does NOT have a cooling fan because its a full gas range so no circuit boards to cool in back
-I put aluminum tape around spark module area directing the venting hot air away from the module housing
-I tried running the hood vent on maximum over the range to evacuate some heat, DIDNT help

I know the electric ignition one with the DSI ignition module has had a recall to install a cooling fan but this is a 13 year old range which the top of is over heating. Decently taken care of.. Any suggestions? I was thinking to run the module under the range to a cooler area but the micro switches on the valves are getting extremely hot too and brittle

Checked internals-Pretty clean
Checked heater-seemed fine
Checked both thermostats on the heater-seemed to be fine but couldnt test when they open
Everything else in the dryer seemed to be ok, the dryer element was cycling off and on throughout the cycle and i know one thermostat cut off is 115 Celsius which when it ran i did notice the dryer was about 200f inside which is on par with that thermostat but there is another thermostat with a lower rating which didnt seem to affect it. Let me know what yall think. Dont really need any diagrams just someone more experienced then me opinion.

wash motor turns of after about 15 minutes of run time…motor won’t start again on any cycle or in diagnostics. Cycle continues to end. Motor will start again after a period of time but does the same thing. 1 diagnostic code 4-3 motor not running. d/w 1 1/2 yrs old

Hello, I have a scratch and dent dryer that is new it only works on time dry. when you put it on normal it works but just does not flame up?

The refrigerator gasket hasn’t been closing properly for months. The interface on/off won’t respond nor the freezer/ refrigerator down pads. Where is the control board?

What does this sound like?
I need a parts breakdown and dissembling instructions. Also a service manual.

Washer runs normally until spin cycle the runs 5-8 min in spin then stops and goes back to rinse over and over any ideas ?

We have a customer with a top load Samsung washer which makes a grinding noise in agitation when the washer is perfectly level. It is not a mechanical (ie grearcase) problem but it is the rotor “shaking”. It will also think it is unbalanced and not spin out the clothes. The strange thing is that if you lean the washer back 2-3 inches it runs fine.

Ive seen front loads do something similar and have replaced the RPS sensor to fix the problem but it did not work here.
Seeing if samsung has and tech info for this washer.

This unit stopped working after a storm took the power out. I have verified that I am getting 120vac at the main board. The user interface is completely dead and unresponsive though. I have tried to put it in diagnostic mode and it does nothing. No lights at all on the user interface.

I’m not getting any power to my defrost t-stat. I know it’s the main board, but on this style with the user interface board on the side of the door, do I have to change the user interface board as well?

we need a video on how to replace the boot on this Samsung.

If no video, anything you may have to help me figure out how to break down this dryer would be greatly appreciated.

This washer appears to be one piece RE: the control top / front-sides. How do I remove the outer skin/frame to access the tub / seal?

Machine does not agitate or spin.

Kitchen aide Bottom freezer. French doors. The refrigerator is cooling properly, but the freezer is not getting colder than 70 degrees. This is a dual evaporator model. We tried running diagnostics but could only get to step 4. Do you have more information on how to test this model. We are suspecting that the freezer evaporator switching valve may have an issue Is there a test to check this?

when I put it on for hot water the hot water valve will come on then the cold water will come on and mix both for a little then only cold will remain the hot will go back on for a few seconds and cold etc etc

We cannot locate a parts diagram, we are in need to verify thermistor kit needed. Thank you!

KITCHENAID MICROWAVE RAN DIAGNOSTICS ERROR F1 E5 SCREEN SAYS REPLACE MICROWAVE INVERTER. I REPLACED INVERTER AND MICROWAVE CONTINUES TO GIVE SAME ERROR CODE. I CHECKED SOME OTHER POSTS AND THEY INDICATED THAT HE APPLIANCE MANAGER IS THE CULPRIT. I REPLACED THE APPLIANCE MANAGER DIAGNOSTICS SAYS STILL SAME ISSUE F1 E5 CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I TRIED TO RESET ERROR BY GOING INTO DIAGNOSTICS OFF OFF START THEN 6 THEN 6 AGAIN THEN PUSH START AND THAT IS SUPPOSED TO RESET BUT ONLY BEEPS.
WHAT OTHER CHECKS CAN I DO.

I have a bottom freezer on a Samsung. the ice maker is in the freezer. do you have a video on how to replace.

I have a Kenmore gas range that after replacing the spark module oven works ok except when you turn the oven on if you try to turn the gas burners on the display goes off and the oven shuts down. If you turn only the top burners on they work fine only if you turn the oven then it shuts off oven doesn’t heat. What can I check

washing machine lock does not open …..had to do manually work fine for few weeks and does again……
