My Samsung gas dryer, DV419AG, is two weeks old, I have 21 feet of 3″ dryer vent cleaned today and it is still taking a LONG time to dry 8 towels, about 2 hours. It is not getting too hot, runs heater only for 30 secs. It says in manual it should have a 4 inch vent pipe, I am in a condo and it is old vent pipe 3″, should I replace it or is there a cutoff switch that can be set for heater to stay on longer to heat up the dryer? HELP.

I have an Frigidare Affinity front load dryer giving the error EF2. I was checking it since the steam refresh cycle seems to not be releasing any steam. Would you be able to tell me what the error code references? Thank you.

First call was not cooling. Diagnosis showed fans not running and not getting 120 Volts to inverter. Replaced main board (W10801767). Getting power to inverter but fans still not running and compressor not starting.

Tested board for power to (DC volts) to Compressor (5-6 volts DC) and not getting a reading. Diagnostic mode says fans are running? Compressor windings test good between 6-7 ohms as spec. In diagnostic mode thermistor show a 00. Have I overlooked something? Think a faulty board?

the ice maker is not working on this unit. i checked for power at the L N on the ice maker and i didnt get anything, so i replaced the ice maker. however when the new was put in i had the same issue. there is no power to the ice maker

Customer was using broiler and they heard a popping noise and now nothing in the oven section works. I’m pretty certain this is a control board issue, the problem is, I have never worked on this style unit before. Any information/videos/on how to take this giant apart please send to me. I need to know how to get to the board.

WHEN WASHER IS POWERED UP THE DISPLAY SAYS THE DOOR IS LOCKED AND IT CONTINUOUSLY
UNLOCKS THE LATCH BUT IT IS ALREADY UNLOCKED.

I saw this model on the premium videos. The diagnostics say it is an out of balance condition. It spins fine with out clothes. The balance ring has fluid. The customers loads are fine. Your premium videos say replace the suspension rods but they seem fine. What route should I go. The service manual says replace the basket.

I HAVE NO CLUE.

Is there any information on this issue?

I have an LG washer-front load about 4 years old. I did a small load of throw rugs and when it was done, I found a lot of water had leaked out of the bottom of the washer and all over my basement. What is the problem and can I fix it myself?
PS – I started to open the knob behind the door on the front of the washer and a lot of water started to flow out.

First 5 minutes both burners fully lit flame with red nice tipping about 2.5″ in size, then left side starts to struggle and faintly sputter.
Been fixing the for 4 years now third time I come across this issue

For the last month, customer has been seeing a thin layer of ice at the bottom of his ice bin. Hit test button and it seemed to work fine. Dumped and filled. No spill over or leaks that I could see

Our Whirlpool washer will not drain. We start a load, it fills and spins once then the alarm beeps incessantly. The “door locked” red light stays on, and even when trying to cycle “rinse and spin” or “drain and spin”, it will not do either. Nor will it finish a load. When the red light goes out and you try to open the door, water spills over.

When you put the thermostat in bake them turn off oven bake function doesn’t turn off meaning valve still open and bake burner going EVEN AFTER UNPLUGGING.
Naturally I thought maybe poor valve and swapped the bake and broil solenoids-didn’t do anything still WOULDN’T shut the gas off. So I had an exact ignition board DSI replacement and installed it. Still having issues shutting off. Came back replaced thermostat still doesn’t shut off…?? Super simple diagram loss like nothing left to replace unless my DSI ignition board was defective which it was new.

Oven was overshooting temperature significantly. You set it to 350f and it shoots up to 500f on an external thermostat. REPLACED thermostat with new one. Costumer still saying it over shoots about 150f. Is there any udjustability? There is no temp sensor only self clean timer thermostat probe and bake thermostat probe from the thermostat(replaced)

I have checked and do have voltage to the terminals on the dryer.

REFRIGERATOR IS A FRENCH DOOR WITH DRAWER FOR FREEZER. THE Refrigerator IS NOT cooling. Replace main board but both fans in freezer are not running but fans spin on shaft

THIS LG REFRIGERATOR HAS A COOLING PROBLEM. ALL THE FANS WORK. THE CONDENSER COILS ARE CLEAN. THE OVER PROTECTOR (EBG60663214) HAS CONTINUITY. THE CONDENSER FEELS WARM TO SLIGHTLY HOT . IT DIDNT SOUND OR FEEL LIKE IT WAS CYCLING ON AND OFF??

REMOVED THE EVAPORATOR COVER AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN WITH NO COOLING AT ALL. WATER IN THE ICE TRAY. REFRIGERATOR TEMPERATURE SENSER (6500JB200S2X) HAS CONTINUITY. WHAT DOES THAT CONTROL?

This standalone freezer is not getting power to the compressor. Turned the defrost timer and still nothing. Not sure how to test the timer. Or test the cold control

The flame will ignite sometime for 3 sec. Or less or sometimes for longer. But when the flame is not on it had a very strong smell of gas. Inside the drum.
I disconnected exhaust fan so I know that’s not the issue.
However sometimes the flame goes on and it does not smell like gas.
Most of the time the flame goes on for 3 seconds then goes off and has a terrible smell of gas
