The wash motor doesn’t turn on, water is coming in,

doesn’t turn on to cook but the timer stills counts down like its cooking.

Getting error code e01 f01. Spin won’t start after sensing or maybe very short and slow spin. Did spin once very fast and only way to stop was unplug. Have unplugged for 10 minutes to try for reset and problem still there.

I have a Kenmore front loading washer, about 8 yrs old, that has had what sounds like occasional bearing noise lately during the spin cycle. Today during the final high speed spin there was a bang and the drum slowed right down. I think it broke something… could this be related to the bearings? When I turned the machine off the drum didn’t seem to have a problem rotating back & forth very slowly for a while like it usually does at the end of a spin. If it is the drum bearings is it an expensive repair? — if it is I’m wondering if I’d be better off getting a new washer.

Hi techs. This kenmore refrigerator is actually a Frigidaire. The auger will not run nor will the crushed cube selection work unless you put it in the service mode. In the service mode all dispenser functions work. I have checked the micro switches, I have checked door switches , I have checked wiring harnesses in the door checked continuity to the wiring harnes in the freezer, I have changed the main board and the U.I. Board. Customer stated that you could slam the freezer door and it would some times work which made me think a bad wiring or loose connection. In test mode voltages are normal going to the auger and crushed cube solenoid. I have checked the connections at the top of the doors as well. What am I missing. Would appreciate your advice. Thank you.

The burner and infinite switch part number is w10823734. The espy sensor harness on the old and new sensors won’t work on the new INF SWitch . or would it be simpler to use the old burner with the 12002121 INF SWITCH?

Above items not working. Are they connected. Circuit wise? Please help with troubleshooting. Put it into diagnostic mode and it shows up with replace filter sign on first step. When I advance it to next step, it says order filter. When I check filter, it says it’s hundred percent. It’s been a big mystery. Thank you.

After burner light up the spark ignitor continue to spark, this happen only on right front and right rear burners all others are fine.

i have customer who have Samsung induction range, and they got error E-84. keypad is not responding, i check the all control board and non of them have burning sign, i am planning to change touch pcb both side control board, i also download service manual and it says either invertor board or touch pcb board. how i can check inverter board without doing so much disassemble cook top remove. give me good plan to check

I have a gas range that was flagged by the gas company CO levels to high. I have a detector but didn’t bring it with me ( I was informed it was a gas leak and just brought my sniffer) Visual inspection showed a normal blue flame in oven .It is in a small apartment with no vent and the gas company didn’t leave any ppm #s .what should I be looking for to feel confident it’s not the oven just the size of apartment and no ventilation?

Water dispenser works fine. Replaced dual valve in door, power goes to valve but no water out of it to ice maker. Checked pilot valve in rear, has power to it for water dispenser, however no power going to pilot valve when ice maker tries to fill.

Customer called for service on his icemaker…. after replacing the water valve to no avail, I found that the compartment in the ceiling with the icemaker and fan assembly was around 25-28°F, which I knew was too warm for the icemaker to operate. Yet, the bottom freezer compartment is well cold enough, in the single digits (2-5°F).

The fan inside the Freezer behind the plastic grill spins against the back wall of the freezer causing a noise every time the fan comes on. It must be building up frost on it or something because it is intermittent. I dont know how to disassemble the unit and see whats going on. But it is loud and annoying.

My GE MICROWAVE bejv177zla suddenly stopped working. I’ve replaced the fuse and used electronic cleaner spray on the door locks the clock is out Could it be the thermal fuse on the magnetron?

I have replace the otics and ice maker module customer still complaints still no ice production,
I have done force test and fill water in in ice maker but only makes that one batch of ice no more.

Hello this specific issue is on a Kenmore dryer 796.81172210. The cooling light stays on and there is no heat. I have replaced heater which solved the heat issue but my question is why is the cooling light staying on??

I have experienced this issue many times in Samsung dryer especially once it’s fixed the heaters on and the light stays on after repair Any thought to why this is?

Is there a self diagnostic mode. If so please explaine how to use it.

It quit freezing . Then the customer unplugged it. When I plugged it in the dispenser flap opened and closed and nothing else. When I press any button 88 88 and all the leds come on as long as I keep pressing the button and goes off when I release it. I can’t put it in any service mode.

Is one of the board’s bad? If so which one? What’s your advice?

Frigidaire combo laundry system, model FFLE3911QW0 stopped and I retrieved error code EC6. The entry from the tech sheet is pasted below. How should I troubleshoot this, or what are the likely causes of this?
