The dishwasher leaks from the bottom near the pump when it goes into the drain cycle
And there is no pressure to reach the top as well

Customer brought washer said was not draining properly. When we tried washer made humming sound lid lock kicks in and out then no water comes in and nothing happens. lid switch light stays flickering

Dispenser will only work in test mode. All parts check out fine

Water dispenser don’t work. This is located inside refrigerator on left hand wall. When paddle push, nothing. No noises. Thanks in advance

We have a Whirlpool dishwasher, above model, runs to about 1/2 way thru cycle and shuts off, cancel drain light blinks continuously. Any help/ advice we can get with this unit would be appreciated.

customer brought washer in and complains that when unit is at the rinse cycle it will stop an d thats it. I thought the temp switch was the culprit pt number w101u84148 but i dont know how to check the pt with my meter.

My customer called me about his Samsung ice maker. He said that it worked well ever since he owned it. Then suddenly it just stopped making ice. I tried to reset it, but no luck. The water works fine, just not producing ice.

Today trying to run a cycle the washer is dead, nothing will happen at all, no lights, no nothing. Of course they don’t remember what the code given was. Anything other than a control board issue here?

Hello, I love your new website.
My customer has a GE French Door fridge with the freezer on the bottom. I think the board that controls the fans is bad. I am the forth technician to service this fridge. She has had nothing but problems with it since she bought it. A year after, GE replaced the compressor. After that 3 boards were replaced. And more! Now this?..

This unit does not have a water dispenser. The line for the icemaker keeps freezing up, stopping flow to icemaker.

Initially I replaced the drain pump and heating element due to the 7flash error/unit not starting indicating a heating issue. Worked for a week, then replaced the main control board, and tstat. Ran for about a
Month. The water coming into the unit takes forever to heat, I understand that this unit senses water temp and will throw an error if the water temp is not right. Is there another part I need to replace or ????

The cycle ended .
As wife was takeing the load out the light went off.
And now the whef we press the start button the lights in the front go on but will not start.

Unit not cooling. Checked compressor relay/overload-Ok. Maybe board and thermister? Any help is appreciated.

Customer issue was ice maker in refri section was froze up, so he took a hair dryer to melt the ice, after finsh there a funny smell and refri stop cooling, on my arrival check the icemaker section their is a bad odor plus a sound like water siphon. Check the rest of the refri everything seem normal, but no coolng compressor amp draw one point 1.75, but the discharge line a little warm, suction cold, my thought low charge.Will be going back tomorrow, does anyone have information on this one. thanks in advance

we repaired in November for no cool or freeze.now 3 months later now complaint freezing in fresh food,evaperator is iceing up

Two weeks agp the oven would shut off in the middle of baking, and now it doesn.t even  start to bake.

Need service manual. Wonder if the freezer door SW controls the evaporator fan, light and something else?
